What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, and high-resolution JPG/PNG files. For best results, submit files at 300 DPI or higher at the final print size. Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for signs and banners.

How long does production take?

Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days after artwork approval. Rush 1-day turnaround is available for most products — contact us to confirm availability. Large or complex orders may require additional time.

Do you offer design services?

Yes! Our in-house design team can create or refine your artwork. Design fees vary by project complexity. Contact us with your vision and we'll provide a quote.

Can I get a proof before printing?

Absolutely. We provide a digital proof for approval before any job goes to press. We won't print until you've signed off on the design.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes, we offer professional installation for vehicle wraps, window graphics, wall murals, and large signage. Ask us for a quote when placing your order.

What is your return/reprint policy?

If there is a defect in our printing or a production error on our part, we will reprint at no charge. We do not accept returns on custom-printed items that were approved by the customer. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
